La Posada has developed a very unique setting that provides each of our memory care residents with a safe, secure and appropriately stimulating environment. La Via is a beautifully appointed and specially designed environment to support those with memory loss. Residents have a private suite, use of a secure exterior courtyard and living areas that reflect a comfortable, homelike setting.
